1. Provider
The provider and operator of the Blefuj app is Tomasz Hanusiak Party Finder, Tax ID (NIP): 6812070519. Address: Krzczonów 221. Contact: kontakt@blefuj.pl.
2. The service
Blefuj is a browser party game. The basic game is free and needs no account. The service is provided “as is”, we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
3. Premium and payments
Blefuj Premium is a one-time purchase, with no subscription and no automatic renewal. The price is 29.99 PLN including VAT and is shown on the Premium page in the app. Premium unlocks every word category and the Mind Leak secret packs; its scope may grow over time. Payment is handled by Stripe, where you enter your card details, Blefuj neither sees nor stores them. An account with an email address is required to buy and to restore access on another device. Free play stays available unchanged and without an account.
4. Digital content and withdrawal
Premium is digital content delivered immediately once payment clears. By placing the order you request performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that, upon delivery, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). If Premium is not activated after your purchase, write to kontakt@blefuj.pl and we will either enable access or refund the payment.
5. Complaints and refunds
Send complaints to kontakt@blefuj.pl with your account email and a description of the problem. We will respond within 14 days. If Premium does not conform to the contract, you have the remedies given by the Polish Consumer Rights Act: you may require the digital content to be brought into conformity and, where that is impossible or ineffective, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. In justified cases we refund the payment; a refund revokes Premium access.
6. Acceptable use
Use the app responsibly and respectfully towards other players. The game is for entertainment purposes only.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, the version published in the app with the stated date applies. Polish law governs; consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, e.g. mediation or the assistance of a local consumer ombudsman.
