The provider and operator of the Blefuj app is Tomasz Hanusiak Party Finder, Tax ID (NIP): 6812070519. Address: Krzczonów 221. Contact: kontakt@blefuj.pl.
2. The service
Blefuj is a browser party game. The basic game is free and needs no account. The service is provided “as is”, we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
3. Premium (planned feature)
Premium is a planned feature and cannot be purchased today, no sales or payments operate in the app. Detailed purchase terms (including the price and the rules on digital-content delivery, withdrawal and refunds) will be published in these terms before Premium launches.
4. Complaints
Send complaints about the service to kontakt@blefuj.pl, describing the issue. We will respond within 14 days. Complaint and refund rules for purchases will be published when Premium launches.
5. Acceptable use
Use the app responsibly and respectfully towards other players. The game is for entertainment purposes only.
6. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, the version published in the app with the stated date applies. Polish law governs; consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, e.g. mediation or the assistance of a local consumer ombudsman.
